Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange.
Cancellations can be processed only before the order has been confirmed.
Should you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Should there be an issues with your order or coffee, get in touch, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us.
We do refunds on a case by case basis. Approved refunds, will be processed within 15 days.
